海面风场在海浪模拟和预报中起着重要作用。文中分别利用CCMP风场和Q/N混合风场驱动WAVEWATCH Ⅲ海浪模式对北太平洋海域的海浪过程进行了模拟。利用NDBC(美国国家浮标资料中心)提供的浮标资料和Jason-1卫星高度计资料对模拟结果进行了检验分析。分析表明:在北太平洋海域,CCMP风场较Q/N混合风场与浮标风速资料有更好的一致性,更能代表该海域的海面风场状况;CCMP风场驱动下的海浪模拟结果总体上优于Q/N混合风场的结果。 |
Sea surface wind field plays a pivotal role in the wave simulation and forecast.Based on the wind field from Cross Calibrated Multiplatform(CCMP) wind and QuickSCAT/NCEP(Q/N) mixed wind validated by the data from National Data Buoy Center(NDBC),the waves in the North Pacific Ocean are simulated by the WAVEWATCH Ⅲ model.The simulation results are validated by the data from National Data Buoy Center(NDBC) and the Jason-1 satellites altimeter data.The results show as follow:in the North Pacific Ocean,the CCMP wind is much closer to the buoy data and the simulated wave height forced by CCMP wind is much closer to the actual wave. |
