基于SAR海浪方向谱的西北太平洋海浪特性研究

应用中国海洋大学海洋遥感研究所基于Hasselmanns 提出的MPI 方法用C语言开发的SAR反演海浪方向谱的软件,对2003 年1 月—2012 年1 月间西北太平洋海域Envisat 波模式数据进行海浪方向谱反演,共得到西北太平洋海域观测的海浪方向谱146 796 个。统计由反演的海浪方向谱得到的海浪有效波高、平均波向、平均波周期等数据,分析了西北太平洋海浪场分布的特点,得到了一些有参考意义的结果。
A software for retrieving directional ocean wave spectra from SAR images has been developed by Ocean Remote Sensing Institute of Ocean University of China using C++ programming language, based on the MPI method proposed by Hasselmanns. This software is designed to support the wave mode data of Envisat/ ASAR as input data, and its applicability has been validated. In this paper the software is applied to retrieve directional ocean wave spectra from wave mode data of Envisat/ASAR over the Northwestern Pacific ocean during the period between Jan. 2003 and Jan. 2012, and 146796 observed wave spectras are got. Then the retrieved significant wave height, average wave direction and average wave period are counted. Some valuable results are acquired while analyzing the characteristics of the sea wave in the Northwest Pacific ocean by using those counted datas.
